Blue Lotus Koi is an immersive meditation on the quiet miracle of the pond — that self-contained cosmos where water, plant, and creature exist in a state of perfect, effortless interdependence. Luminous blue-violet lotus blooms open across the canvas in various stages of becoming — bud, bloom, and seed pod — each one a universe unto itself, yet part of something larger. Beneath the lily pads, two golden koi drift through the green depths, unhurried and eternal, their warm amber forms glowing against the cool water like embers beneath glass.

This is nature as a living system — every element in conversation with every other. The lotus feeds the water. The water carries the koi. The koi stir the roots. The roots feed the lotus. Around and around, endlessly, beautifully, without beginning or end.
