Black gesso creates chalkboard-like surface on which to bring to life the magnificent colors of the Macaw. I like my parrot with a punk rock edge, urban surfaces, graffiti and faded letters. Exhibited with Maison 10 at their West Village Pop-up 2023 in Manhattan.
